Exercise to Gain Weight
There are certain exercises that will give you optimal results in your quest to gain weight. 90 percent of the equipment you will find in a typical commercial gym are completly unneccessary. You can gain weight without using any type of machine in the gym. It is important to use free weights and do compound movements.
Working out with free weights forces your body to use more muscle fibers than machines. They also allow you to us natural motions when working out rather than being forced into the motion of the machine.
Compound movements include bench press, squats, dead lifts, shoulder presses, dips, bent over rows etc. These exercises with free weights will by far give you the best results in building muscle and building the physique that you are after. Too many guys waste their time doing isolation exercises which are almost a complete waste of time.
In my ebook I have included the workout routine that focuses primarily on these compound movements using free weights. They are exactly what I used to gain 38 lbs.
